The service
Crowd Curve is a talent-buying and ticket-sales analytics tool for event promoters: offer building, sales tracking, forecasting, and deal management. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Content your team enters remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display it back to your team. When you connect an inbox or a ticketing platform, you confirm you are authorized to connect it.
Forecasts are estimates
Sell-through projections, break-even odds, ad-spend suggestions, and AI-generated thread summaries are informational estimates, not guarantees or professional advice. Booking decisions — and their outcomes — are yours.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful email, probe or disrupt the platform, access another team's data, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascension Entertainment LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from booking decisions made with the service.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
