Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and email address Google shares for authentication. We use these to sign you in and identify you to your team. We do not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, Gmail, or Drive through Google sign-in.
Content you create. Bookings, offers, venues, shows, ticket-sales figures, notes, and contacts your team enters or imports. This data belongs to your team and is only visible to members of your team.
Connected inbox data. If your team connects an email inbox for deal tracking, we sync message headers (sender, recipients, subject, date) so you can browse threads. Full message bodies are stored only for threads you explicitly choose to track. Previewing an untracked thread fetches it live and stores nothing.
Ticketing-platform data. If your team connects a ticketing platform (such as POSH), we receive and store the order events it sends to your team's webhook: ticket counts, order amounts, and event details.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) kept for security and debugging.
How we use it
To run the product: pricing and break-even math, sales forecasts, deal tracking, and the emails you ask us to send (offer sheets go out through our email provider with your address as reply-to). Tracked deal threads may be summarized using an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to produce the thread-status reads shown in the app; Anthropic does not train on this data under our API terms.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your team's data with other teams. Ever.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to operate: DigitalOcean (hosting), Resend (outbound email), Anthropic (AI summaries of tracked threads), and Google (optional sign-in). Each receives only what its role requires.
Cookies
Two, both first-party: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a preference cookie that remembers your dark/light theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Sign-in tokens and codes are stored hashed, sessions are HttpOnly and Secure, and every piece of team data is isolated per team at the database layer.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account or your team's data — including synced email data and platform events — email us and we will remove it.
